Current Positions
Receptionist
Hart’s Hotel Nottingham is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Receptionists to join our front-of-house team on both a full-time and part-time basis.
The successful candidate will have a friendly, approachable manner, a professional appearance, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, be fully literate and numerate, and demonstrate confidence when dealing with guests both in person and over the telephone.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Welcoming guests and providing a warm, professional first impression of the hotel
– Handling enquiries and reservations in person, by telephone, and via email
– Assisting guests with requests and providing information about the hotel and local area
– Processing payments and administering billing procedures accurately
– Handling cash and card transactions responsibly
– Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception desk
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer-facing administrative role is preferred.
Experience working in a busy environment, managing multiple phone lines, and delivering a high standard of customer service would be advantageous.
