I just wanted to write and let you know about my experience at your hotel recently
Last week an international group of colleagues and I had a meeting in Nottingham at Harts Hotel including 1 nights dinner in the restaurant and the use of your meeting facilities.
I have to pass on my sincere thanks to all your team for the highly professional manner in which we were looked after over the 3 nights, people are very often a company’s greatest asset and it is for sure true in the case of Harts. This happened in every encounter we had but especially Melissa and the lady who took care of us in the meeting room, nothing was too much trouble and when we did have any challenges a solution was found immediately.
I was already aware of the quality of Harts as I live in Nottingham, my expectations in regards the food and Accommodation were met in full and I received great feedback from all of my colleagues many whom had never visited Nottingham before but have left with a very good impression.
So overall a great experience and please pass on my thanks to your team.

My husband, Stewart and I were married at Harts on 2nd December. We are now writing to say that the arrangements for our wedding were absolutely perfect. Everything, from the service to the wedding breakfast to the evening’s entertainment, went seamlessly. Staff were courteous and efficient, but we should wish particularly to mention Kelly. From our first meeting with her through to the end of the wedding day she was fantastic: friendly, understanding and unfailingly reliable. We had complete confidence in her. She is a star! We should also like to mention Kelly’s mother, Maggie. She too was excellent as always and all our guests commented on the exceptional service they received, indeed a number of them said it was the best wedding they had attended.
Having arranged functions at Hart’s for my company I knew what to expect of your staff. They certainly lived up to their reputation and helped to make a happy day a glorious occasion for us.
A huge ‘Thank you’ to you and your team for making our wedding celebration so special and memorable.

I am sorry it has taken so long to contact you but I am writing to thank you and your staff for making Nicola and Jamie’s wedding such a perfect day.
From all the initial planning meetings with Sally, to our breakfast outside the following morning, without exception we have found the staff professional, courteous and helpful.
Sally listened to Nicola’s plans and dreams from the beginning and helped make those plans and dreams a reality. She was always calm and understanding and we were pleased she was around on the day as she willing tried to pre-empt issues and take worries from my shoulders. The staff she handed over to in the evening are also to be praised, as were the two members of staff who helped us set up the room the evening before. They had obviously been briefed well on our needs and were eager to offer help whenever it was needed. I am sorry I don’t know their individual names but I am sure they went over and above the call of duty.

I have always wanted to get married at St Barnabas Cathedral in Nottingham, a church which holds a special connection with my family. We wanted a relaxed venue close to the church which ideally meant we would need a city centre location. We looked at various venues in Nottingham, nothing came close to Harts. Even better that my husband proposed to me there. We arranged a meeting with the wedding coordinator who was fantastic. She really knew her stuff and gave us plenty of ideas of what we could do on the day. It was an easy decision to make to book Harts.
After the church ceremony our 100 guests made the 5 minute walk to Harts lead by a piper, to this day a highlight of the day. We were greeted with a drinks reception and made our way into the beautiful, secluded garden which overlooked the city of Nottingham. We were lucky enough to have a glorious sunny day. Canapes were served whilst people chatted and enjoyed the view.
The piper continued to play in the background and we invited David Fox to perform some magic and keep our guests entertained. The drinks reception was followed by the Wedding Breakfast. The food was fantastic and of a very high standard which many guests commented on. The day was finished off on a high with Richie Muir providing the evening entertainment which went down a storm.
Sally Martin our wedding co-ordinator deserves a special mention, nothing was too much trouble despite our many questions and emails before the event and looking after us and our guests on the day itself. She ensured everything went according to plan and made sure the reception room looked absolutely stunning. This was really important to me. Due to timings I was unable to help with setting up the room myself so I had to put my trust in Sally that everything was just how I wanted it. I had nothing to worry about.
All of the staff did such an amazing job on the day, it was nothing but seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend Harts as a venue

We had the perfect wedding at Harts.
From getting ready in the bridal suite with my bridesmaids, the ceremony, Prosecco on the lawn, the wedding breakfast to dancing the night away at our reception (with bacon butties for supper!), every moment ran like clockwork.
Our wedding co-ordinator Kirsty was so lovely and supportive; a real pleasure to plan our wedding with and to have with us on the day.
The food was amazing! Lots of options and very tasty.
We used Spotify playlists through the sound system for our music which worked perfectly.
I would definitely recommend Harts as a wedding venue to any prospective bride and groom.

We just wanted to say a huge (if a little belated!) thank you for taking care of our wedding.
Every part of the planning with you was effortless and we felt completely supported in choosing exactly how we wanted our day to be.
The day itself was wonderful – perfect to the last detail, and our only regret is that we cant do it all again sometime soon!
Harts is superb. The hotel is lovely and the garden setting for the reception drinks was glorious – even the weather held out for us! The food was, as always, exceptional and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed their meal (and copious drinks!)
Your approach was perfect – you appeared very laid back but we could see you had your eye on everything. You were brilliant! So again – Thank you so much for our perfect day.
