December A La Carte Menu
Experience one of Nottingham’s most refined seasonal menus at Hart’s.
Highlights include pheasant with red wine sauce, halibut with fennel risotto and our signature Christmas pudding. Available daily at selected times – a sophisticated dining experience for the winter season. Early booking is recommended.

December Party Set Menu
Perfect for group celebrations, our December Party Set Menu offers a refined three-course experience for parties of nine or more. Priced at £70 per person, guests can choose from elegant seasonal dishes such as salmon gravadlax with fennel and orange, pan-fried halibut with herb risotto, or our indulgent warm chocolate pudding.
Available daily at selected times – ideal for colleagues, friends, or family gathering for a special occasion. Advance booking is required.

Christmas Day Luncheon
Celebrate the day with an exquisite dining experience at Hart’s. Begin with a glass of René Beaudouin Champagne, followed by a carefully curated menu featuring seasonal highlights like Borscht with sour cream, terrine of halibut with orange and fennel, and classic free-range turkey with traditional accompaniments.
A vegetarian menu is also available, thoughtfully designed to offer a memorable alternative.
Finish with indulgent desserts, cheese, coffee, and petit fours – the perfect way to mark a special occasion. Advance booking is essential.

Boxing Day Luncheon
Unwind after the celebrations with a beautifully prepared three-course lunch at Hart’s, served from 12 noon to 4pm at £80 per person. Choose from seasonal dishes such as roast pheasant, pan-fried halibut, or chump of lamb, followed by a selection of indulgent desserts.
A relaxed yet refined way to spend Boxing Day. Early booking is recommended.

Christmas Afternoon Tea
Treat yourself to a seasonal twist on a timeless tradition from 25th November to 24th December. Served Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 4:30pm.
Delight in a selection of finger sandwiches on Hambleton Bakery bread, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, and a variety of mini cakes and mince pies – all accompanied by loose-leaf Jing teas or locally roasted 200 Degrees coffee.
Afternoon Tea must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

New Year’s Eve Dinner
Welcome the new year in style with a three-course dinner at Hart’s, priced at £75 per person. Enjoy a carefully curated menu featuring refined seasonal dishes, from delicate starters to indulgent mains such as fillet steak, roast duck, or pan-fried halibut.
