This World Egg Day we thought we would show our appreciation to our friend Katie Machin from Windy Ridge Farm in Leicestershire (pictured).
As the best hotel in Nottinghamshire, we want to source the best ingredients that we can lay our hands-on and buy local. Luckily Windy Ridge Farm has more than 800 birds and produces free-range eggs that improve our breakfast, desserts and Bakery products no end.
Supplying all three businesses the highest-quality eggs is no easy task! We do appreciate all Windy Ridge Farm does to keep us supplied with the freshest and most responsible eggs.
Finally, eggs are one of nature’s best sources of protein and contain many of the key ingredients for brain and muscle development.
