Whether you’re giving Veganuary a go, or have been vegan for years, ensure you join us in Hart’s Kitchen for a culinary adventure.
Equal planning, love, care and attention goes into our dishes whether meaty, vegetarian, vegan or otherwise.
Our exciting menu already includes plenty of plant-based ingredients, and our vegan dishes can be just as exciting visually as well as ooze superb flavour combinations.
Our A la Carte menu changes daily to reflect the finest ingredients available on the day, so you may never know what dishes are going to be offered until you dine, but that’s all part of the dining experience in Hart’s Kitchen.
We do ask that upon booking you advise that a vegan menu will be required, and if you have any concerns please just call to speak to the Restaurant Manager.
The Rise of Vegan Dining
The number of people turning to veganism in Great Britain has quadrupled between 2014 (0.25%) and 2019 (1.16%) according to the Vegan Society.
We have also seen more vegan eateries open and top UK supermarkets launch their own vegan ranges.
The main reasons for this growth can be contributed to the increasing awareness to protect our environment, promote health benefits, and improve animal welfare.
This shift in attitude has had a knock-on effect on the culinary world and chefs are having to adapt their culinary skills.
For years’ Hart’s Kitchen, have focussed on using the finest seasonal and local ingredients. We appreciate the emotional, physical and environmental benefits of purely plant-based dishes in our diet and aim to create modern dishes that will revive your love for food when you dine with us.
