Whether you’re giving Veganuary a go, or have been vegan for years join us and get ready for a culinary adventure. Our exciting menu already includes plenty of plant-based ingredients, and our vegan dishes can be just as exciting visually as well as ooze superb flavour combinations. Our menu changes daily to reflect the finest ingredients available on the day, so you may never know what dishes are going to be offered until you dine, but that’s all part of the dining experience at Hart’s.

Try our newest vegan starter on the menu charred & glazed balsamic aubergines, tofu & soya puree, tempura enoki mushroom, lotus root crisps & charred spring onions.
