Hart’s Rose Fizz
This refreshing gin cocktail is not only easy to drink but also an easy cocktail to make. This is one of Joe’s signature cocktails, using Rock Rose gin, a squeeze of lemon, a dash of sugar syrup and garnished with Violette liqueur. Add all the ingredients to an iced-up Boston shaker, strain into a Champagne flute and top with Prosecco. For the final touch, garnish with a sprig or rosemary or lavender.
Hart’s Mai Tai
If the sun is shining and you are feeling the tropical vibes, this would be your ideal rum cocktail. This fruity and refreshing cocktail is one of Hart’s favourites, served with Bacardi, Havana Club Rum, Cointreau, bitters, lime and pineapple juice.
This classic peach Bellini uses white peach purée with dry Prosecco. The combination of peach juice and fizz makes for a celebratory breakfast treat!
Castle Gate Kiss
We use Nottingham’s award-winning Castle Gate gin as the base for this refreshing gin fizz cocktail. We add fresh lime, a dash of sugar syrup and slices Starkey’s strawberries into a Champagne flute and top with your choice of Prosecco or Champagne.
Fruit Berries Mojito
Santa Teresa Rum, fresh lime and mint leaves all muddled together with fresh fruit and topped with soda.
This fun, fruity cocktail of Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, flamed orange and citrus is a good time in a glass made famous by Sex and the City!
The Bramble features Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice, sugar syrup and crème de mure, which when combined create a fantastically fruity cocktail with a delicately balanced flavour.
This is a super-refreshing lemon cocktail constructed of Limoncello and topped with Prosecco. Easy to drink with a bit of a tangy citrus taste.
A tropical fruit spritz which is a refreshing yet sophisticated way to enjoy fizz on a British Summer’s day. Aperol is shaken with grapefruit, Ketel One Vodka, pineapple juice, sugar and the drink is served over ice topped with Prosecco and garnished with a grapefruit arrow and fruit skewer.
If you’re looking for your ‘new drink’ this could well be it. Simplicity personified – combining Ketel One Vodka, Chambord and pineapple juice, it looks and tastes amazing.
B’s Refresher Mocktail
This is one of Brenton’s signature mocktails so would highly recommend this if you are looking for something to quench your thirst on a hot summer’s day in the garden. Elderflower cordial, apple juice, slices of fresh cucumbers, lime, sugar syrup topped up with soda water. If you are in the garden and want to turn this into a classic garden martini, just add Hendricks gin.
