We were delighted that Hart’s Restaurant was shortlisted in the Nottingham Hospitality STARS Award 2018 for Taste of Nottinghamshire. As a finalist in such a coveted category we are extremely proud to have been recognised for our continued passion and dedication.
Hart’s are proud to showcase local ingredients and we have supported small, regional suppliers since our opening in 1997. Quality is assured through building and maintaining relationships with local producers who are passionate about producing a high quality premium product in relatively small quantities and consequently injecting a unique local flavour into our menus.
The menu is completely driven by seasonality meaning day to day new dishes appear, garnishes alter and whatever is at the best condition makes it onto our menu. Embracing a seasonal menu is a great way to stay interesting to our guests and staff and to stand out from our local and regional competitors.
