We are feeling excited following the latest governments announcement. Finally, some light at the end of the tunnel, enabling us to start planning our road to recovery. Below, we outline our road map to re-opening as we enter into step three of the roadmap. We hope to see you return to Hart’s Nottingham very soon.
From Monday 17th May we will re-open for indoor dining. You will be able to dine with us in groups of six or a maximum of two households. Head chef Martin Sludds is working with Executive Chef Aaron Patterson at our sister hotel Hambleton Hall to devise a seasonal a la carte menu suitable for welcoming you back.
We are already taking bookings online or over the phone. Due to predicted high demand we are asking for credit card details to secure your booking and will impose a 24-hour cancellation policy and will charge a £10 per person cancellation fee for no-shows or tables canceled within 24-hours.
It is still a lawful requirement that we take all contact details for the NHS Test and Trace program. We ask that all guests visiting us scan the QR code available and register their details.
Face masks must also be worn, except when seated at your table.
We are able to accommodate tables of 6 persons from different households or more people from a maximum of two households. Tables will be socially distanced, and we continue to follow Covid-secure safety measures to ensure we remain safe for all staff and guests. Our staff will be fully trained on their return to work and our professional table service will return once again.
As per the government’s guidelines, we will be able to accommodate life events again for parties of up to 30 people from Monday 17th May. If you wish to discuss dates and options, please do contact us.
The team are looking forward to returning to their roles following safety measures training. We would all like to thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you all very soon.
