Please follow the advice below if you are considering an overnight stay with us. Fail to demonstrate this to our team, we have the right to refuse entry and you will be eligible for full room rate charges. As a business, we are at risk of closure and fines if we do not adhere to the legislation.
Restrictions on leaving home
No person who lives in a Tier 4 area may leave or be outside of the place where they are living without reasonable excuse.
‘Reasonable excuses’ are:
Leaving home necessary for certain purposes
Work, voluntary services, education and training etc.
Medical need etc
Support and respite
Death bed visit
Marriages and civil partnerships
Prison and immigration detention visits
Permitted outdoor sports gathering
Parent and child groups
Students and vacation households.
