New Year’s Eve at Hart’s is set to be a grand finale for 2018. We catch up with the restaurant’s head chef Dan Burridge to find out more about his menus and inspiration.
If there’s one thing Dan prides himself on, it’s seasonal, high quality ingredients. Perfection is particularly important for the restaurant’s New Year’s Eve menu, when people come to indulge and celebrate. “I think simple, great quality food is what people love the most. My goal on New Year’s Eve is to serve fine dining dishes created from the freshest of ingredients. This with our outstanding service and selection of fine wines will make this a memorable evening.”
Hart’s Restaurant will be offering a fixed price 3-course A la carte menu for £65 per person.
In addition, Hart’s Upstairs is set to be an evening of fine food and live jazz from Hart’s favourite Campbell Bass with a 6-course menu for £99 per person.
Campbell Bass is not your average singer, he brings so much more to his outstanding performances and is very popular with all ages due to his charismatic style and his ability to put an audience at ease with his first song.
During his performances, Campbell sings the songs from the ‘Great American Song Book’ and his own unique interpretation pays tribute to the great songwriters, such as Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Jerome Kern and Johnny Mercer who helped make those famous crooners Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Harry Connick Jr. and Michael Bublé the household names they are today.
You’ll be greeted with a glass of Champagne on arrival, before enjoying a celebratory menu.
