Hart’s is a busy 80-seater restaurant which has for a number of years claimed the title of Nottingham’s most successful up-market eatery.

Hart’s aims to provide a thoroughly professional blend of skilled service and modern British cooking in a stylish and comfortable interior. Restaurant Manager, Joshua Grimshaw, leads the front of house team.

The wine list was compiled by Tim Hart and includes a wide range of interesting bottles from small producers in the price bracket £20 – £35. Dan Burridge’s cooking could be described as “Modern British”. His aim is to use top quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations.

A  refurbishment, masterminded by Stefa Hart in August 2015, has created an enlarged bar area and more welcoming lobby space. The restaurant’s dining room has new seating and warm inviting decoration in a mix of cobalt blues and burnt orange.

One of Nottingham’s finest dining establishments, Hart’s restaurant maintains a focus on delivering superb cuisine and excellent service in a modern, contemporary and comfortable environment. The modern British cuisine places great emphasis on simple but fantastic, fresh ingredients.  We now offer a snack and sandwich menu alongside our à la carte menu.

Full capacity in the restaurant is 88 people at any one sitting and 16 in the private dining room. Our turnover of diners per night is 140 people.

7:30am to 10:30pm, Saturday
7:30am to 9:00pm, Sunday

Please note that during Graduation we will serve the full à la carte menu ONLY in the restaurant, with our last booking at 2:30pm.  The set menu will not be available and the Snack menu will be available in the bar area.
