Our award-winning restaurant has downsized and moved into the hotel as from Monday 11th March 2019. Our reputation for good cooking and fine dining since 1997 continues with a selection of our talented chefs and attentive front of house team.
Hart’s aims to provide a thoroughly professional blend of skilled service and modern British cooking in a stylish and comfortable interior with emphasis on simple but fantastic, fresh ingredients. Head chef Martin Sludd, who took over the reins from Dan Burridge uses only the best quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations.
Brenton Dinham, restaurant manager leads the professional front of house team, continuing the high standards set by Tim Hart. The wine list continues and includes a wide range of interesting bottles from small producers as well as a fine wine selection for those special occasions.
