After the downsize of Hart’s Restaurant, today we opened our new restaurant in the hotel which has been named Hart’s Kitchen.
We welcome you to be one of the first to try our new spring menu developed by Aaron Patterson from our sister hotel Hambleton Hall. Our ethos from Hart’s Restaurant continues, using only the best ingredients blended into flavoursome dishes that are exciting on the palette. View menus online HERE.
Enjoy new starters such as grilled Atlantic prawns, lemon salt and chilli or hen-of-the-wood mushrooms on sourdough with goats’ curd and wild garlic. Mains include roast fillet of hake, cavolo nero, creamed mash, charred leeks, hazelnuts & confit garlic or spatchcock quail, salsa verde with spiced Israeli cous cous.
And why not add a glass of our fine wine to your meal, as our selection of wines remain some of the finest which are hand-selected by Tim Hart.
