Hart’s Kitchen is a relaxed yet stylish restaurant with an emphasis on simple but fantastic, fresh ingredients. Head chef Martin Sludds uses top quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations.


Breakfast is available for hotel guests only.


Brunch is available for both hotel guests and walk-in guests.

Monday to Friday 12 – 2.30pm & 5.30pm – 9.30pm

Saturday 12 – 2.30pm & 5.30pm – 10pm

Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea will be served Monday to Saturday 2pm – 5pm
We require at least 24 hours notice due to the time it takes to prepare the freshly baked items.
