Dear James and the lovely team at Hart’s,
I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything you did last night to make our evening special. I was very moved that you created a gluten-free menu for us. Normally, I am restricted to one choice wherever I go, and sometimes have to sit through a meal with a coffee, whilst everyone else eats, because there is nothing. And what a menu. The beef was fantastic, and my boyfriend loved his lamb as much. We felt so lucky.
The whole evening was completely magical. I will never forget it. And I will never forget your skill and kindness.
Please thank Chef again, and all the lovely staff.
We will definitely see you again soon.
