New Year’s Eve Dinner

Say goodbye to 2019 with our special seasonal A la carte menu in Hart’s Kitchen.

We will be offering a fixed price 3-course a la carte menu all evening. Book your table from 8pm and the table will be yours all evening. Enjoy our 3-course a la carte menu for £65 per person. If you are still with us at midnight, to aid the celebrations you will receive a complimentary glass of Champagne!

Book our Early Bird tables between 5.30 and 6.30pm and enjoy a 3-course a la carte menu for £55 per person. Please note tables must be vacated by 7.45pm

Starters

Salad of beetroot, pine nuts & horseradish crème fraiche (v)

Seared scallops charred sweetcorn & jerk dressing

Whipped chicken liver parfait, black figs & waldorf salad

Hen-of-the-wood mushrooms on sourdough with goats’ curd & wild garlic (v)

Mains

Roast duck with kumquats, spiced lentils, calvo nero

Roast loin of venison, salt baked carrot, carrot & marmite purée, chocolate sauce

Poached fillet of halibut with cucumber & oyster leaf flavoured sauce

Hart’s truffled pasta with burrata cheese (v)

Sides

Triple cooked chips, Purple sprouting broccoli, Minted new potatoes, Green beans £3.50

Desserts

Spiced poached pear, pan perdu, salted caramel sauce & blackberries

Warm chocolate pudding with peanut ice cream

Warm madeleines & lemon curd

Hambleton Bakery almond & apricot tart served with ice cream

Cheese & biscuits served with homemade chutney, celery & grapes supplement £2

 

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

As our tables are at a premium, we will ask for full payment at time of booking and please note that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please advise us of any special dietary requirements or allergens so chef can prepare.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.

We are limited on space and therefore have a maximum group size of eight diners.
