Congratulations to our Sous Chef Davy Leng for being this months Employee of the Month.
Davy stepped up in the kitchen when head chef Martin Sludd’s took extended leave for his honeymoon. The food that came out of the kitchen was faultless. The team would like to say a huge thank you for all her hard work and reward her with £75.
