Michael Puhinec, commis chef is not only a very good chef and a great colleague to have in the kitchen, he is committed and reliable. Michael helped to ensure the smooth running of the banqueting kitchen for large parties and wine tasting dinners and can be also be found covering breakfast shifts.
Weronika Franus, joined us as a waitress in Hart’s Restaurant over a year ago and has many strengths ensuring the best customer dining experience for our diners. She has a great smile, she is friendly, positive, self motivated, dependable, a team player, hard worker, and much more!!
