A big congratulations to our employee of the month Frantisek Matus.
Frank joined us in Hart’s Restaurant as a Kitchen Porter in 2012 and moved over into the hotel to support the team in Hart’s Kitchen in March 2019. He is an incredibly hard worker, he works tirelessly behind the scenes cleaning and ensuring the kitchen and prep areas are spotlessly clean. It’s his time to shine as we show our appreciation for his efforts and commitment.
