We have re-opened and ready for your safe and comfortable arrival to Hart’s Hotel & Kitchen, Nottingham.

Space and hygiene are the keystones to our policy as detailed below. We have made changes to reflect current advice and continue to follow the latest Government announcements.

Social distancing

We’ll be limiting the number of hotel guests and diners and there will be social distancing guidance throughout.

Please do your part by following the advice as best you can.

Keep left when walking

When navigating the hotel we ask you to keep left, this makes for an easy and efficient way to maintain social distancing and greatly reduces the chances of bumping into another person.

Cleaning & disinfection

We will be increasing cleaning and disinfection of all public areas and guest rooms, paying special attention to high-touch items

Use of bedrooms and floors will be rotated based on occupancy to enable a deep clean after every stay.

Sanitise

We will be providing hand sanitiser for use throughout the hotel.

Dispensers will be located on each floor and in all public areas.

Face coverings

Face coverings are mandatory in the hotel public areas for guests and staff.

Symptoms

Please do not travel if you present any symptoms.

Test & trace

It is now a lawful requirement that we take every guests’ details for the NHS Test and Trace programme and, as of Thursday 24th September, all our guests will be required to do so via the NHS’ own Test and Trace app.

Luggage

Hotel staff are asked to refrain from handling guests’ luggage unless there is a particular need.

Lift

The lift will be disinfected regularly and we ask that the lift is only shared by one family at a time.

Please use the stairs where possible.

Check-in & Check-out

We will endeavour to contact guests prior to arrival to confirm an approximate arrival time to minimise time at check-in.

Express check-out remains available to all our guests.

Contactless payment

We offer cash-free methods of payment including contactless payment methods.

Food & beverage

Due to new government guidelines we will be closing the restaurant at 10pm.
Our restaurant and courtyard will be open with reduced capacity to ensure safety. Therefore pre-booking is advisable.
Breakfast buffet will be replaced with a breakfast menu to reduce contamination.
One time use menus will be utilised and emailed upon request to reduce unnecessary collateral and to enable guests to pre-order prior to arrival. Available during service times.
We continue to offer 24-hour in-room dining.

In accordacne with current Government guidelines it is now mandatory for every customer to provide their contact details. When arriving at Hart’s, please be prepared to download the NHS Covid-19 App to register your details.
