Champagne and Sparkling Wine

For this event your hosts have assembled a selection of their favourite wines showing a range of sparkling styles.
With the exception of Champagne (more expensive) and Prosecco (less expensive) they have sought out the most delicious wines for less than £25/bottle. This has enabled them to show top class Franciacorta and Cava which might surprise you with their elegance and complexity.
In Champagne they have chosen to show Harts House Champagne from Rene Beaudouin which is an elegant Blanc de Blanc made from 100% Chardonnay and finally a more mature wine made from predominantly Pinot Noir.
This series of tastings has become popular for the quality and interest of the wines shown, the informative explanations given by our hosts and the delicious supper that follows the 50 minute tasting session.
