Lobster cocktail, tomato essence, caviar
Chicken & tarragon ravioli, winter truffle veloute
Fricassee of wild mushrooms, toasted sourdough, poached hen’s egg
Fillet of Beef Béarnaise, triple cooked chips, flat cap mushrooms, confit tomato
Wild Seabass, fennel, saffron potatoes, Bouillabaisse, cockles & clams
Spinach & wild mushroom pithivier, celeriac, swede, shallot dressing
Chocolate pavé, blood orange ice-cream
Caramelised rhubarb terrine, custard, lime, ginger

Tables are available at either 6.45pm or 9pm
