Our chef has chosen a delicious menu – perfect for a romantic meal this Valentine’s Day.

Valentines Menu 2017 Hart’s Restaurant

Lobster cocktail, tomato essence, caviar

Chicken & tarragon ravioli, winter truffle veloute

Fricassee of wild mushrooms, toasted sourdough, poached hen’s egg

Fillet of Beef Béarnaise, triple cooked chips, flat cap mushrooms, confit tomato

Wild Seabass, fennel, saffron potatoes, Bouillabaisse, cockles & clams

Spinach & wild mushroom pithivier, celeriac, swede, shallot dressing

Chocolate pavé, blood orange ice-cream

Caramelised rhubarb terrine, custard, lime, ginger

Selection of French and English Cheese

£60 per person

Tables are available at either 6.45pm or 9pm

We also have a Valentines event in Hart’s Upstairs (above Hart’s Restaurant) where you can listen to the delightful Campbell Bass.
