Hotel Policies
Cancellation – 24 hours notice prior to 2pm on the day of arrival. If the room cannot be sold we reserve the right to charge full amount.
Dogs are welcome. A small charge will be levied (see Tariff). Dogs are never to be left alone in the room and “accidents” will be charged for. No dogs are allowed in the garden or public rooms except for guide dogs.
Garden – residents only.
Rooms – all non-smoking.
No drinks in the garden after 9.30pm in order to respect the privacy of guests in the Garden Rooms.
No stag parties or hen parties.
Rooms must be vacated by midday on day of departure, later check out times by discretion of General Manager.
Minibar is an honesty bar, any items found to be consumed after departure will be charged for.
Credit Cards – Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
All bookings must be confirmed by Credit Card.
Only continental breakfast served in the rooms.
