Hotel Policies

Cancellation – 24 hours notice prior to 3pm on the day of arrival. If the room cannot be sold we reserve the right to charge full amount. For groups of more than 8 rooms we require 14 days notice of cancellation.

Dogs are welcome. A small charge of £5 per night will be levied . Dogs are never to be left alone in the room and “accidents” will be charged for. No dogs are allowed in  public rooms except for guide dogs.

Garden – residents only.

Rooms – all non-smoking.

No drinks in the garden after 9.30pm in order to respect the privacy of guests in the Garden Rooms.

No stag parties or hen parties.

Check-in is from 3pm

Rooms must be vacated by midday on day of departure, later check out times by discretion of General Manager.

Minibar is an honesty bar, any items found to be consumed after departure will be charged for.

Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

All bookings must be confirmed by Credit Card.
