Chef de Partie
We are currently seeking a full time Chef de Partie to assist our busy kitchen at Hart’s Restaurant. We are passionate about food and prepare everything in house to a high standard using fresh ingredients and local produce. Our menus reflect this and change regularly. You will be part of a team and take responsibility for control of sections within the kitchen and maintain our high standards of food and food safety. Casual Waiting and Bar staff

Harts Hotel- The Park Bar

We are looking for a strong and passionate Reception Manager to lead the team. The ideal candidate will be currently working in a similar role or perhaps as assistant reception Manager in a larger hotel. Ideally we are looking for someone from a 4 star back ground. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Rezlynx or a similar PMS System. They must also be an excellent communicator as you will lead your team from the front, maintaining high service standards and exceeding customer expectations.
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team at Harts Hotel. The Receptionist role offers great benefits and career progression for the right candidate. We are looking for a Receptionist with previous experience working in a 3 or 4* Hotel, and a proven background working in customer facing environments. As Receptionist you would work on a rota basis, in and around the needs of the business.
