Our award-winning restaurant has an enviable reputation for good cooking and fine dining and has since 1997 claimed the title of Nottingham’s most successful up-market eatery.
Hart’s aims to provide a thoroughly professional blend of skilled service and modern British cooking in a stylish and comfortable interior with emphasis on simple but fantastic, fresh ingredients. Head chef Dan Burridge uses top quality ingredients, often locally sourced in simple striking combinations.
James Helm, restaurant manager leads the professional front of house team, whilst the wine list has been compiled by Tim Hart and includes a wide range of interesting bottles from small producers in the price bracket £20 – £35.
A refurbishment, masterminded by Stefa Hart in August 2015, has created an enlarged bar area and more welcoming lobby space. The restaurant’s dining room has new seating and warm inviting decoration in a mix of cobalt blues and burnt orange.
