Hart’s Restaurant

According to independent guide books Hart’s is Nottingham’s top city centre restaurant. The restaurant opened in 1997 some 6 years before the building of Hart’s Hotel, and is located 20 metres away.

Head Chef Tom Earle and his brigade produce carefully crafted “modern British” dishes designed to showcase top quality ingredients, many of them local.

In addition to its à la carte menu, hotel guests appreciate the daily changing fixed price dinner menu.
