Hi Neena,
The theme for the Wine Tasting is ‘Chateauneuf du Pape and its Satellites’
Tickets are £55 per person. It will be hosted by Tim Hart and Dominique Baduel (Sommelier at Hambleton Hall).
Wines include 2008 Beaumes de Venise St Martin, 2005 Chateauneuf du pape ‘Les Cailloux’, Andre Brunel amongst others. (I will email you the full details in due course.)
The Supper menu is: warm salad of wild mushrooms, French partridge with Kauffman’s Cabbage, Apple Tart with Vanilla ice cream followed by coffee.
I will be updating the website shortly with full details and will email you as soon as things are finalised.
