Hart’s Wine Dinner

The next wine dinner at Hart’s will be on Tuesday 20th January 2009

The latest in a series of tutored tastings by Tim Hart and Dominique Baduel

“8 remarkable wines from Spain”

Tickets £60 per person, including tasting, dinner and wines.

This event will start with two whites which are representative of two distinct individual and worthwhile dry white styles from Spain. Of the remaining six red wines three are from Rioja and the remainder are from Toro, Ribeira del Duero and Priorat. As it happens the Riojas are all favourites of Tim Hart and Dominique and the rest are all favourites of Robert Parker (The Wine Advocate) scoring respectively 92, 96 and 96-98. In addition to throwing some light on the styles of these wine growing areas this session will be something of a trial of whether we find ourselves in agreement with R. Parker’s high scores for these wines.
